Abstract submission deadline till August 20th 2025

Your abstract must be written in English and its size must not exceed 300 words.

Each speaker has the right to submit up to 2 papers.

ABSTRACT GUIDELINES

  • Abstract title
  • Abstract authors
  • Origin
  • Abstract text: limited to 300 words
  • Abstracts should clearly state: Purpose, Method, Results, Conclusions
  • Abstracts must be original and unpublished
  • Ensure that your abstract is grammatically correct and free of other errors
  • Use the template provided
  • Avoid abbreviations in the title of the abstract
  • Abstracts should NOT contain pictures, tables, or figures
  • Accepted abstracts will appear exactly as submitted

INFORMATION FOR AUTHORS

  • Abstracts that don’t comply with the above requirements will not be accepted*
  • The final selection of the papers that will be presented at the Congress will be handed by the Organizing Committee of the Congress.
  • The e-poster – will receive award during the Congress.
  • Late applications will not be accepted
