REGISTRATION FEES

The above prices do not include 24% VAT.

• * Full payment is required to confirm registration.
• * Registration does not include catering services. Conference catering services 40€ (+ 24% VAT).
• ** Those belonging to the special category must certify their status (letter from the director of the clinic where they specialize or work)

The right to participate includes: attendance of the scientific program, entry to the exhibition area, certificate of participation.

ACCOMMODATION

• The above daily rates are per room/single use, one night and include breakfast & taxes.
• The accommodation tax is not included, according to article 53 of Law 4389/2016, it is the responsibility of the customer and must be paid by him directly to the hotel.
• In order for the reservation to be valid, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required and payment must be made by 01/09/2025.

• All changes or cancellations have to be made in written to ERA Ltd.

• Cancellations received by June 30rd 2025: No cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations received from July 31st to August 1st 2025: 50% of the total cost will be refunded
• Cancellations received after August 1st 2025: 100% cancellations fees apply.
